Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope with all original certificates and documentation.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our master jewellers inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5 business days.
